Lord, fill us with Thy Spir­it’s might,
That we may live as in Thy sight,
And teach us how to pray aright;

That Thou canst use our lips to win
Some souls for Je­su’s name.

As we for oth­ers in­ter­cede,
Lord, let Thy pow­er be felt in­deed,
And some from Sa­tan’s grasp be freed;

On all our children lay Thy hand,
That each may live as Thou hast planned,
To serve in home or foreign land;

The pray­ers that we have of­fered, Lord,
In faith, ac­cord­ing to Thy word,
We thank Thee, Fa­ther, Thou hast heard,
And praise in Je­su’s name.
