Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.

With the shepherds, adoration
Let us bring to our Salvation,
Jesus, hope of every nation:
Fear ye not,
the angels say.
Lo! the King of glory taketh
Mortal flesh: with us He maketh
His abode: to praise awaketh
Heav’n upon His natal day.
See the eastern sages pouring
At His feet their gifts adoring:
More He is to them restoring:
Now to Him our hearts we bring.
Now to Jesus, through whose merit
We eternal joys inherit,
With the Father and the Spirit,
Let us thanks and praises sing.
