And it’s all that I seek to­day:
That I may dwell in the house of the Lord,
To be­hold the beau­ty of the Lord,
And to me­di­tate in His courts with praise
All the days of my life.

Lord, I want to dwell in Your pre­sence all my days,
And when I die, I want to dwell with You on high;
In my wor­ship may I fo­cus on You alone,
Both now and then, for­ev­er­more!

While some may boast in their wis­dom or fame,
In strength of might, or of their many rich­es;
Yet there’s one thing I know, and this is my on­ly aim:
To know You, Lord,
Your lov­ing­kind­ness, jus­tice, and right­eous­ness,
On earth as in Hea­ven.
