Biography

Ingler mar­ried twice, to Amal­ia Spreng­er, and to Lu­ra A. Hor­ton, who at the time was pas­tor of the Peo­ple’s Church of the Na­za­rene in Pro­vi­dence, Rhode Is­land.

He and Lu­ra served joint pas­tor­ates in Fitch­burg, Mas­sa­chu­setts; Jack­man, Maine; North At­tle­bo­ro, Mas­sa­chu­setts; New Ha­ven, Con­nec­ti­cut; and, in 1931, at Em­ma­nu­el Church, Paw­tuck­et, Rhode Is­land.

The 1900 cen­sus shows Ing­ler as a vo­cal­ist liv­ing in Den­ver, Co­lo­ra­do. The 1920 cen­sus lists him as a Na­za­rene preach­er in Til­la­mook, Ore­gon.
