Ingler married twice, to Amalia Sprenger, and to Lura A. Horton, who at the time was pastor of the People’s Church of the Nazarene in Providence, Rhode Island.
He and Lura served joint pastorates in Fitchburg, Massachusetts; Jackman, Maine; North Attleboro, Massachusetts; New Haven, Connecticut; and, in 1931, at Emmanuel Church, Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
The 1900 census shows Ingler as a vocalist
living in Denver, Colorado. The 1920 census lists him as a Nazarene preacher in Tillamook, Oregon.
