Biography

Monroe served as di­rect­or of the Pa­ci­fic Gar­den Mis­sion in Chi­ca­go for 24 years.

He is re­mem­bered as the man who brought ev­an­gel­ists Bil­ly Sun­day and Mel Trott­er to Christ.
