Biography

Ethel and her hus­band Wal­ter en­gaged in res­cue mis­sion work for 16 years in Mont­re­al, Ca­na­da; 5 years in Co­lum­bus, Ohio; and ran the Pa­ci­fic Gar­den Mis­sion, Chi­ca­go, Il­li­nois (1918–36). They be­longed to the Moo­dy Church in Chi­ca­go, prob­ab­ly while they were at the Pa­ci­fic Gar­den Mis­sion.
