Give your heart to Jesus, soul with care oppressed,
He will lift your burden, He will give you rest.
Tell Him all your sorrow, let Him know your grief;
He will be your helper, He will give relief.
Give your heart to Jesus, souls that are at rest,
Tasting shallow pleasures, that can never last.
Shun the world’s allurements; leave the ways of sin;
Heed the Guest that’s knocking, let the Master in.
Give your heart to Jesus, lay it at His feet;
’Tis the only offering for the Master meet.
Let Him be your Savior, be your all in all;
He will guard and keep you, you can never fall.
